Jennifer Elliott
Jennifer Elliott has been teaching since 2008 and is currently Year 3 teacher at Stonelow Junior School in Dronfield. The school is one form entry and covers the key stage two curriculum. 

Jennifer is the mathematics coordinator and has studied for two years to earn her Mathematics Specialist Teacher accreditation from Derby University. She is currently a member of the East Midlands Maths Hub and meets frequently with other schools in a mastery mathematics cluster, as well as leading the local coordinator cluster meetings. Her main responsibilities in school are driving whole school development, ensuring mastery mathematics is developed within her school and being a mentor for trainee teachers.

Jennifer’s passion is mathematics and ensuring that all children have a deep understanding of the subject as well as finding it fun and rewarding.

Erica Collins is the Co-Head of Stonelow Junior School which is in Dronfield. Stonelow Junior School is a medium sized junior school with 128 children currently on role; a single year 3 class, two classes for Y4, and one each for Y5 and Y6. The school has many awards  including Arts Mark, Stop anti-bullying, International Schools Award, Healthy Schools and Derbyshire Quality Music award.
Erica began her teaching career at Birley Spa Community Primary School in 2002. During her time there she taught in all year groups in KS2 and had strong links with e-safety and leadership of KS2/assessment. In 2013, Erica moved to Stonelow where she worked in Y6 and as Deputy Headteacher for two and half years before moving to her current role as co-head in September 2016. Her areas of expertise include English, assessment/KS2 moderation, ITT and NQT support and pupil voice.  
Erica works closely with other schools in the Dronfield Cluster on English planning (using coaching and modelling), teaching and assessing. Erica has supported other staff and leadership work in other schools such as developing the quality of teaching and learning through planning, delivery and marking and feedback of work and supporting teachers new to Y6. She has been a moderator for Derbyshire for the last 3 years and enjoys working with other schools on assessment in writing.
